    Burpees are brutal and cause a characteristic gasping sound that I’ve never found another way to get. But during the pandemic, I decided to work up to doing 1,000 of them. Good and bad. Was a great motivator. The day I did it, the first 700 weren't really too bad. The last 200 were the worst death march ever. I started feeling nauseous from the muscle tension in my neck and shoulders, and had to pause every 5 or so to avoid throwing up. And it caused an unexpected side-effect: I had absolutely no interest in eating for a couple of days afterward. I've dramatically scaled back the number I do, but it's still my favorite exercise. But I'll absolutely never do 1,000 again.

    The thing I got from your workout shoulders need short rest time higher volume and finishing the training in less than 1hour for exercices there are many better Variation tha5 work for me

      Hi! There is no nutrition guide but you can use The 3x3 Faster Fat Loss Diet™ as a "starting" point. Since the GVT program is about building muscle, personally, after calculating your calories and macros in the plan, I would add an additional 500 calories into the daily caloric intake with the majority coming from carbohydrates peri-workout. 💪 ua-cam.com/video/tk0oQGdq7ZM/v-deo.html

    There's interesting research on just working out one side after an injury/surgery. Sympathetic muscle growth/fat loss can occur on immobile side. I guess I"ll find out after my rotator cuff surgery.

    I’m exhausted just looking at this workout plan . I am up for a challenge though , my f@t @$$ busted tape for work , I gained a lot of weight because it’s been a challenge to workout because of my sinusitis, but I’ll have to wake up at 0200 just to start working out . I also need to change my diet too .

    yo chief if that therma whatever the term is is crucial why not just go for clenbuterol and carb cycling? is there a way to combine weightlifting with abs or seperate day? does running work better than swimming? i really wish i could just do 6 reps of something and call it cardio :D

      Hi there! 👋 Not a place to discuss clenbuterol 🙃 but for your other questions... you can perform your lifts and abs the same day - nothing fancy about it. You can also perform ab workouts on alternating days or "off" days. Swimming is low impact, while running is higher impact. One is not necessarily better than the other. Do what works best for you. 🔥 You may be able to get a away with super setting multiple exercises of 6 repetitions back-to-back-to-back-to-back... 😂
